Daisycle — A thoughtful way to track your cycle, pregnancy, and daily wellness

Understanding your body shouldn’t be guesswork. Daisycle brings together clear design, evidence-aware guidance, and privacy-first technology to help you track periods, navigate pregnancy, and build supportive habits—at your pace.

1) Period tracking that adapts to you

Predictions are estimates that learn from the information you log. Daisycle helps you see patterns and plan with more confidence—especially when you track consistently.

You can:

  • Log bleeding, symptoms, moods, sex, meds, sleep, activity.

  • View cycle phase estimates and past-to-present trends.

  • Get period & ovulation estimates that update as your data grows.

Important: Cycle predictions (including fertile window estimates) are not birth control and can be less accurate with irregular cycles, PCOS, postpartum changes, or perimenopause.

2) Pregnancy mode with week-by-week context

Switch to Pregnancy Mode to follow your week of gestation, track symptoms, and prepare for milestones.

You can:

  • See week-by-week development overviews.

  • Get gentle reminders (appointments, vitamins you’ve added, hydration).

  • Log symptoms, moods, and medications to discuss with a clinician.

Note: Daisycle is not a medical device and does not replace prenatal care.

3) Smart, respectful reminders

Stay on top of what matters—without noise.

  • Period & ovulation estimates (opt-in).

  • Custom meds/supplement reminders you create.

  • Self-care nudges (sleep, movement, hydration) you control.

4) Privacy & security, by design

Your health data is sensitive. Daisycle is built to keep it that way.

  • Encryption in transit and at rest.

  • You control backups. Cloud/device backup is optional and managed by you (e.g., iOS/Android backup or an in-app option where available).

  • No data selling. We don’t sell your personal data.

  • Minimal necessary sharing with service providers only to operate the app (e.g., notifications or storage), bound by contracts and law.

If you need a local-only experience, you can use Daisycle without enabling cloud sync/backup.

5) Daily insights that meet you where you are

Daisycle uses your logs to surface lightweight tips and patterns.

  • Contextual suggestions (e.g., “you often report cramps on day 1–2”).

  • Wellness prompts aligned with your goals.

  • Educational snippets grounded in widely accepted guidance (e.g., reputable bodies like WHO/CDC/ACOG/RCOG).

Tips are general education, not individualized medical advice.

6) Clear reports & charts

Make sense of the big picture—helpful for your own reflection or a clinician visit.

  • Cycle history & estimates at a glance

  • Symptoms, mood, activity graphs

  • Weekly / monthly summaries

  • Compare past and recent cycles

7) AI-assisted cycle learning

As you log, Daisycle refines estimates.

  • Period predictions that update with new data

  • Fertile window estimates if you’re trying to conceive

  • Irregularity awareness prompts when cycles vary widely

Only lab tests (e.g., progesterone) or devices like ovulation tests/BBT can confirm ovulation. App estimates cannot confirm it.

Why choose Daisycle?

  • Gentle, supportive experience rooted in education and user control

  • Privacy-first choices with no data selling

  • Flexible tracking across cycle, pregnancy, and everyday wellness

  • Evidence-aware content and transparent limits (no medical claims)
